Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen-bradley 1336-RFB-7-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baumuller product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the M1420B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B6058H005 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bus3102030002 by Manufacturer Baumuller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eurothrem Brand 590L0950 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Galil such as 1900 equipment made by Galil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Galil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Galil" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ID15V415WR made by Baldor as well as the popular MDSASPJ75 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BUS21153030001 by Baumuller and 1900 spares by Galil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ID15V203ER Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
