Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aerotech ATS125-100-TTM-05S-NC-IM2500H-S, BMS60, parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aerotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alcatel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aeroetch product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aerotech such as the ATS2001540PATS2001540PATS20015ATS20015M4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6228238001 manufactured by Alcatel and we are pleased to be able to service most Alcatel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 690D1591 by Manufacturer Aeroetch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aesys Brand LN2116 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aimco such as MG502JPT90 equipment made by Aimco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aimco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aimco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 99E51871 made by Agma as well as the popular C960410 original spares produced by Afp-Prodel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BD01730104ACCESS4000AHM40001 by Ctc and MG502JPT90 spares by Aimco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5200FBOD930 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
