Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg PM+2000C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Unitronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Townff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Windings-Inc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Unitronics such as the V57057T20BampV20018E1B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R15T630T manufactured by Townff and we are pleased to be able to service most Townff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature w120a by Manufacturer Windings-Inc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand VT3W4GA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sonstige such as XV152D810TVR10 equipment made by Sonstige have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sonstige products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sonstige" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available YS67469852H made by Mazak as well as the popular S7830A1005 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UDX5107N by Super-Vexta and XV152D810TVR10 spares by Sonstige are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP01890C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Niki-Denso.
