Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aeg 0807-0005-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jenaer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jae-Japan-Aviation-Electronics such as the KT000227 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23S2103000000018 manufactured by Jenaer and we are pleased to be able to service most Jenaer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LNFCUL0 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has John-Barnes Brand 40904 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Itt such as ACS800ITTU100165B056P901 equipment made by Itt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Itt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Itt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D32445 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular MWIA52754C original spares produced by Japax

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VS031410B00000 by Johnson-Controls and ACS800ITTU100165B056P901 spares by Itt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 794966022001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Itt.
