Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Adc DSX4H-3H-ICM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advantech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the IPC603MB35BE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ADAM6018ADAM3920C manufactured by Advantech and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACP4000BP00XE by Manufacturer Advantech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Adept Brand 1017100010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantech such as PCM3724 equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available DL7248 made by Advanced-Illuminations as well as the popular 1033231150 original spares produced by Adept

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EOS1230M4G by Adlink and PCM3724 spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 332200919 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adept-Tech.
