Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Adam ADAM-4013 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advanced-Motion-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alfa-Laval parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Agie product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advanced-Motion-Controls such as the BE25A20ACE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9630046767 manufactured by Alfa-Laval and we are pleased to be able to service most Alfa-Laval systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6798649 by Manufacturer Agie as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Adept Brand 1030011110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantech such as 984VW10PPROB equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available U05781 made by Agie as well as the popular RM32 original spares produced by Afag

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LAA536 by Alcatel-lucent and 984VW10PPROB spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adept.
