Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acrosser AR-H120FL-CM1500 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acrosser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Agie product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acrosser such as the ARH120FLCM1500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 635290 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6932040 by Manufacturer Agie as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Akribis-Systems Brand ADR135A115PJ30MS1200040X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Advantech such as ARK6322 equipment made by Advantech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Advantech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Advantech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9033248150 made by Adept as well as the popular 860017R01495 original spares produced by Adept

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7752 by Advanced-Micro-Controls and ARK6322 spares by Advantech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SENC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acu-Rite.
