Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Acromag-wixom 1018-089A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adept-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Adept-Industrial-Robotics-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Adtech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adept-Technology such as the 1030046500REVF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10000310REVGSmartController manufactured by Adept-Industrial-Robotics-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Adept-Industrial-Robotics-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ADT8949B1 by Manufacturer Adtech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Adc Brand 7406101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Verteq such as 3156023000H equipment made by Verteq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Verteq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Verteq" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASP300200 by Acuity-Itran and 3156023000H spares by Verteq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D1770801A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acurex.
