Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Abm G30/115V/440V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Accudrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acrosser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ac-Tech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Accudrive such as the W0640025SKHS06GLQEUZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ARDSV0101 manufactured by Acrosser and we are pleased to be able to service most Acrosser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SF105S by Manufacturer Ac-Tech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Accudyne Brand AD010010R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Accu-coder such as 716S120 equipment made by Accu-coder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu-coder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu-coder" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 24PT10AFHM230 made by Acopian as well as the popular P02HP30 original spares produced by Acopian

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5879C61G01REV3 by Accutrol and 716S120 spares by Accu-coder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1018089A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acromag-wixom.
