Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Zebra ZBR2-PGEHD-28S4C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nidec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Erni parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Power-one product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the P110FH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6120521580 manufactured by Erni and we are pleased to be able to service most Erni systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FR31F by Manufacturer Power-one as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand MFACCV6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lh such as SM11E0676115 equipment made by Lh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lh" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MM3000 made by Newport as well as the popular F182C1A1N001000 original spares produced by Powertec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76021140017602115001 by Presstech and SM11E0676115 spares by Lh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PPMT125011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-Technology.
