Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yokogawa DB5C-015G-2B9A4G2-005-7273/CE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the BS0613UD08LA4TFZWC3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD6202 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BPH1153N5AF2CA2 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gm-Spec Brand CLP2214CS00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as CB18A equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D0X made by Ohio-Gear--Trans as well as the popular c11 original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNHM08401HYAB71 by Sumitomo and CB18A spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CatCM7014 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
