Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa UGRMEM-08MSA11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stogra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stogra such as the SM87318M6E50Z69 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TFUE15ZD7 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SV9F50AS6M0B00 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Parker Brand TQ10X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sanyo such as U505012EL8 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Sk22100L40 made by Nord as well as the popular SK2280S4 original spares produced by Nord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPM025S091R6P01094AW1 by Witenstein and U505012EL8 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SJ37AP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
