Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa SMC-2000-4IM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telesis-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acdc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telesis-Technologies such as the TMC420P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RMC303A2330 manufactured by Acdc and we are pleased to be able to service most Acdc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCCX1720LW by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vartech-Display Brand VT190M20110000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Itron such as TRX00040020 equipment made by Itron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Itron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Itron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available YB560103CE23 made by Abb as well as the popular UT604R original spares produced by Sharp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRG5U5075 by Accutronics and TRX00040020 spares by Itron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SS95040000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dolan-Jenner.
