Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa SGMGV-20ADC6C+SGDV-180A01A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied-Motion-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xinje parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eltek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Motion-Products such as the 1000137 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the THA65MT manufactured by Xinje and we are pleased to be able to service most Xinje systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24210011 by Manufacturer Eltek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Beijer Brand T100EXTER in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as SVPDN954490 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GT1675MSTBA made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular NB7WTW01BNB7WTW01B original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT6050IP by Weintek and SVPDN954490 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PT7C4D9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
