Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa JANCD-FC211-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the KH361101021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MIV1000E000H00C manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L31947P03 by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Keyence Brand LS3060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Klockner-Moeller such as MI4471TC1 equipment made by Klockner-Moeller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klockner-Moeller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klockner-Moeller" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JANCDFC2111 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular MG200H2YS1 original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD093AN060N2L110GB0 by Indramat and MI4471TC1 spares by Klockner-Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MP48 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Halliburton.
