Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa CPCR-FR05RB7-R8S CPCR-FR05RB7R8S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crouzet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cr-Magnetics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Crouzet product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crouzet such as the 84871030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CR4395EL120110ACD manufactured by Cr-Magnetics and we are pleased to be able to service most Cr-Magnetics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 81532001 by Manufacturer Crouzet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Crouzet Brand 10108 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ctc such as CTCAccess4000Series500Master equipment made by Ctc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ctc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ctc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 671421003 made by Credence as well as the popular D34441045 original spares produced by Cts

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9090364 by Custom and CTCAccess4000Series500Master spares by Ctc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4817861 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
