Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa BR100SH-20G-S292 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Loadpoint-Bearings-Limited parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A8600304T112 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BL10400 manufactured by Loadpoint-Bearings-Limited and we are pleased to be able to service most Loadpoint-Bearings-Limited systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACM2N1400133 by Manufacturer Parker as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jukomet Brand AC1061204 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as BLR2424251S001 equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Copco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Copco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BG3LM22030SK1A made by Brother as well as the popular APY100 original spares produced by Amicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B404C21B3034 by Kollmorgen and BLR2424251S001 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AlphaModela222000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
