Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Worldwide PEWW75-18-365TC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Worldwide products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wtc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Worldwide product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Worldwide such as the PEWWE3012326TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 970125Y22 manufactured by Wtc and we are pleased to be able to service most Wtc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEWWE2518284TSC by Manufacturer Worldwide as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Xycom Brand 3512A17014103300U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Xylem such as AST2075 equipment made by Xylem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Xylem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Xylem" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CACR4R4JS1VA made by Yaskawa as well as the popular B14HR750 original spares produced by Yamaha

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDSCRR84HM by Yasakawa and AST2075 spares by Xylem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
