Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wordwide-Electric-Corp. NT1.5-36-56CB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xycom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yasakawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wright product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xycom such as the 83194BA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DF8202426COJANCDEW02REC02 manufactured by Yasakawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yasakawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 92D65 by Manufacturer Wright as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yamaha Brand SRC1MAX200VA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as 2017889 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HW9280729 made by Fanuc as well as the popular KS6M4410000 original spares produced by Yamaha

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70951001 by Xycom and 2017889 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KD1M4570010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamaha.
