Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Varvel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MRJ360B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RF77DV100M6KS manufactured by Sew-eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRSG50 by Manufacturer Varvel as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sterling Brand S2325HQ05014141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Goodyear such as PD2100 equipment made by Goodyear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Goodyear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Goodyear" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR94742L1 by Dodge and PD2100 spares by Goodyear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
