Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Windings-Inc W0100-00-017 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsystems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Worldwide-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Woodward product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsystems such as the 4000247000A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATJ123656CB manufactured by Worldwide-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Worldwide-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9905003 by Manufacturer Woodward as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Woodhead Brand DN31042FC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wohrle such as 10467 equipment made by Wohrle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wohrle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wohrle" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 45455C5 made by Woertz as well as the popular MPMVG1S1 original spares produced by Windsor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 924MND924MDNS41000EK by Winsmith and 10467 spares by Wohrle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
