Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wilmore 14755-117 / 15B1082F S1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wondf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsystems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wittenstein product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wondf such as the 0FS113MBV100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1903104160 manufactured by Winsystems and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsystems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ALPHALP070MO25011100010000963500280255 by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Woodward Brand 723 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as C44173 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9905726 made by Woodward as well as the popular 350080006 original spares produced by Wisconsin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8200209 by Woodward and C44173 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV36271QK02AX0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wolf-tec-Polar-Vision-Siemens.
