Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Iei such as the S12ASRR116XR21S12ASR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QP270LG3124V manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VAMPWNDP056190 by Manufacturer Computer-Dynamics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kep Brand ZOIDDCGE90V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robey-Controls such as RCXOP7 equipment made by Robey-Controls have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT3X15 by Keyence and RCXOP7 spares by Robey-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
