Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Itw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Issc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Elco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Itw such as the 7691102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 90CPCC manufactured by Issc and we are pleased to be able to service most Issc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J5015J5015 by Manufacturer Elco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iko Brand IR80X90X30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ird such as m88250 equipment made by Ird have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ird products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ird" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 321A made by Issc as well as the popular 2WIRE04021000 original spares produced by Ird
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB20320001R03 by Itc and m88250 spares by Ird are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPCI165 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ixxat.
