Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Whedco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Williamson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Whedco such as the VME3560 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MD510 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N1728 by Manufacturer Williamson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wittenstein Brand SP100SMC1100K12k in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westlock such as 2007XFN0E30 equipment made by Westlock have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AlphaLP120M0110111 by Wittenstein and 2007XFN0E30 spares by Westlock are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCB3695 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Whedco.
