Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Westinghouse 11-206-CC1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Witenstein-Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wittenstein product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 0101304 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP075XMF151E12S manufactured by Witenstein-Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Witenstein-Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A510002148 by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wittenstein Brand LP050SMF2701B13S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wittenstein such as 20060978 equipment made by Wittenstein have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wittenstein products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wittenstein" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1117253 made by Wilson as well as the popular CMC20711MOD78003800 original spares produced by Whedco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NP015SMF151D11S by Wittenstein and 20060978 spares by Wittenstein are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4D33741G03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
