Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Western-Electric KT730 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Applied products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Api-harowe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied such as the 20BBS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC302PK55T5E20H2XXXXXXSXXXXANBXCXXXXDX manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R11S01F1A20A by Manufacturer Api-harowe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Apex-Dynamics Brand AF060A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sanyo such as APC92032 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BPS33 made by Applied-Robotics as well as the popular ABR060AS2P2 original spares produced by Apex-Dynamics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPRO400GCSMPRO400GCS by Apex-Tools-Cleco and APC92032 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M48x25I Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Antriebstechnik.
