Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Weed-Instrument 753-PB-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weed-Instrument parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the ACH550UH045A4B055 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 753PB00 manufactured by Weed-Instrument and we are pleased to be able to service most Weed-Instrument systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SN2111003271 by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynapar Brand HR6251024034A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harris such as 10X30EP60 equipment made by Harris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harris" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DS6707SR20007ZZR made by Zebra as well as the popular ACED460V3P10HP original spares produced by Ace

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 174593 by Ac-Tech and 10X30EP60 spares by Harris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 58000014 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wipotec.
