Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Watt-Drive K16.97060-5948 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Techtop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Drehstrom-Asynchron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Techtop such as the GR3CITF324TC4BRD40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H21663 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IEC345IEC345FC90L4FC90L4 by Manufacturer Drehstrom-Asynchron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lafert Brand HE100F4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by North-Atlantic such as HDC1000110LC equipment made by North-Atlantic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-Atlantic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-Atlantic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JMM3211T made by Baldor as well as the popular GM82M343 original spares produced by Gsc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HCMF2G1UE by Mitsubishi and HDC1000110LC spares by North-Atlantic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JD1S26AMK42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ultimate.
