Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner Electric MCS-165-F1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued American products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mahle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Applied-Materials product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader American such as the AD42302D90401B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AML7204 manufactured by Mahle and we are pleased to be able to service most Mahle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SAF305045 by Manufacturer Applied-Materials as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has American-Auto-Matrix Brand 1A00020116SF1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Anaheim such as DPD75601 equipment made by Anaheim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anaheim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anaheim" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GM12904E483 made by Pittman as well as the popular B25A20P original spares produced by Amc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AW406 by Amk and DPD75601 spares by Anaheim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IB23006Q3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametek.
