Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner-Bernstein OR20-RS-MAR5-08.0-ALET parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wilcoxon-Research products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wilcoxon-Research such as the 787A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS351024G1347 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSQC249B by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Abb Brand ACH5010154LOP2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warrick such as 1C1D0A equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DC2C4024C0S0 made by Watlow as well as the popular 1550B6507 original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TYPEOM101 by Abb and 1C1D0A spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ACS510 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb.
