Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ward-Leonard R001-7030-1178090-51R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Agastat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Shamrock product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Agastat such as the 2422AD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 609bax manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC1D6511T6 by Manufacturer Shamrock as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Agastat Brand 7012BI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yagi such as UKC10183 equipment made by Yagi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yagi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yagi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 731C1 made by Acromag as well as the popular SN125 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C09H1111N by Westinghouse and UKC10183 spares by Yagi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7012PAL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Agastat.
