Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ward-Leonard 7001-7140-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Linear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Welch-Allyn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weinview product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Linear such as the M1D120100A04LP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48740 manufactured by Welch-Allyn and we are pleased to be able to service most Welch-Allyn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK6051iP by Manufacturer Weinview as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Whedco Brand IMC11511B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Winsmith such as E7MWNS equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 438224 made by Weber as well as the popular 5264C10H01 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K2XG1048V6 by Warner-Linear and E7MWNS spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT506SV45BL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weintek.
