Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cincinnati such as the 35330128G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AFL08AHN270 manufactured by Cerner and we are pleased to be able to service most Cerner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 888 by Manufacturer Cimatrix as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Chromalox Brand 160011030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Farnell such as N200T233U equipment made by Farnell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Farnell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Farnell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3154161 made by Cincinnati as well as the popular RE36223 original spares produced by Cerutti
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23880 by Rietschle and N200T233U spares by Farnell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S30189 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chicago-Electric.
