Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ft-Jones parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the 7017CTRDUMP4Y spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 745SL manufactured by Ft-Jones and we are pleased to be able to service most Ft-Jones systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5V1604 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Philadelphia Brand 871 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tokai such as 5KBD553 equipment made by Tokai have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 92070152 by Gates and 5KBD553 spares by Tokai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
