Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vipa DEA-BG07005295 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vrengine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Von-Ruden product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the 5130273031 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V2DC01A manufactured by Vrengine and we are pleased to be able to service most Vrengine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9048D by Manufacturer Von-Ruden as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Virtis Brand 4201APC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vishay such as 115L21D equipment made by Vishay have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vishay products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vishay" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3503541001 made by Warner as well as the popular BP9301B7212SXN2793 original spares produced by Warner-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6781B1 by Warner-Electric and 115L21D spares by Vishay are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K2014419B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Waltron.
