Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vg Scientific A101022 ISS02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vogel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the DG4S4015N125DC51 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 453402010MKS22905572996598 manufactured by Vogel and we are pleased to be able to service most Vogel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VM1VA3000Q by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vickers Brand 2520V21A81AA20282 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vibtronic such as SRAEC500111 equipment made by Vibtronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vibtronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vibtronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SLVA8K made by Visolux as well as the popular V190 original spares produced by Vibco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XGL03B10 by Vickers and SRAEC500111 spares by Vibtronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1156BL02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vipa.
