Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vdh MC785-DF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wacker-Neuson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vici parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Venjakab product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wacker-Neuson such as the 5000610015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E2CA manufactured by Vici and we are pleased to be able to service most Vici systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPDIS by Manufacturer Venjakab as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Warner-Electric Brand D2410A524CE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Very such as FX84A5 equipment made by Very have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Very products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Very" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCS2005 made by Warner-Electric as well as the popular DG4V333CMUB660 original spares produced by Vickers

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RS3201 by Vlsi and FX84A5 spares by Very are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RIVAS3HP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vee-Arc.
