Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Var-spe 21A8/100/01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Veb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Oriental product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Veb such as the 12601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 868982 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BLHM5100KCGFS by Manufacturer Oriental as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vero Brand RCE5501B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vigor such as MF090L2201470 equipment made by Vigor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vigor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vigor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11110650214 made by Var-spe as well as the popular RCE5003A original spares produced by Vero

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 000023466001 by Versatec and MF090L2201470 spares by Vigor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MB481 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vg-Controls.
