Valmet Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Valmet AIU and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Valmet AIU include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the AIU if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our AIU repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the 123L013AP1907 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSK040C0450NNM1UG0NNNN manufactured by Wake-Industrial and we are pleased to be able to service most Wake-Industrial systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 31000009 by Manufacturer Vena-Engineering as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Valvcon Brand ADCW600L2KS115A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vmic such as VMIVME equipment made by Vmic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
