Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vacon NXL00315C2H1SSS00AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vaisala products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valmet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Valworx product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vaisala such as the DMP248 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2301F363100405MVHBBWIN8002125 manufactured by Valmet and we are pleased to be able to service most Valmet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 530185 by Manufacturer Valworx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Valmet Brand IOP341 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Walter such as G20121616R3T16SXP equipment made by Walter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Walter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Walter" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMP234 made by Vaisala as well as the popular MA4009W1S4RS original spares produced by Velmex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VACON0020 by Vacon and G20121616R3T16SXP spares by Walter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
