Uson Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Uson 409 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Uson 409 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 409 if necessary. Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metso-Automation such as the IOP320 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VDCONTROL150RS8FW manufactured by Van-Dorn and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Dorn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75T06 by Manufacturer Uticor as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Valmet Brand A413216 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vartech such as VT201P12P1CS12 equipment made by Vartech have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
