Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vartech such as the VT201MTSR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 780XX0201 manufactured by Valco-Cicinnati and we are pleased to be able to service most Valco-Cicinnati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DF54871 by Manufacturer Varian as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Us-Motor Brand UTFTE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varmec such as RCV252P equipment made by Varmec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varmec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varmec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6080959103 made by Carl-Zeiss as well as the popular 7101 original spares produced by Vacuum
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N9110F by Usc and RCV252P spares by Varmec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
