Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Electrical E461/S09S221R026F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Test-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tantec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Test-Products such as the T90947 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AFC40010A2 manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 59ME01906B by Manufacturer Tantec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Takk Brand XR2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamper such as 3875222005201 equipment made by Tamper have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamper products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamper" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XPG880MK325 made by System-Plast as well as the popular D2601105C8 original spares produced by Talyrond

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAWC11659200 by Tamagawa and 3875222005201 spares by Tamper are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D40868 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taptone.
