Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ushio products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vacon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vortec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ushio such as the Electrical spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VACONX4C20050C manufactured by Vacon and we are pleased to be able to service most Vacon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7770 by Manufacturer Vortec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vici Brand E36BA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vickers such as EEAPAM513D32 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 60288546RA made by Vitec as well as the popular U2P3DC original spares produced by Us-Motors
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 75H10 by Uticor and EEAPAM513D32 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
