Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Universal-Instruments-Corp. 8222-41228601-9034 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vitax-Levomat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vee-Arc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vendapin product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vitax-Levomat such as the VLK25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 404049 manufactured by Vee-Arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Vee-Arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTD202E by Manufacturer Vendapin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Valworx Brand 530085 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vici such as E36BA equipment made by Vici have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vici products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vici" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2406BF2BGA20 made by Viatran as well as the popular RA23L23000E original spares produced by Velconic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A2504C by Velmex and E36BA spares by Vici are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WDP2S2ACR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motors.
