Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United-Technologies CU714D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vevor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vickers product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vevor such as the TLPWF070156472918 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30004010440 manufactured by Us-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DG4V36CMU760EN134 by Manufacturer Vickers as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Veris Brand H68122000A5A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Viatran such as 3745CBD equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M851361 made by Valmet as well as the popular USB original spares produced by Usb-711a

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9280V82 by Unitrol-Electronics and 3745CBD spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2RCLX2X03001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Up-Unipo.
