Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United-Electric J120-701 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued U-technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Us-Drives product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader U-technology such as the UPD2450W4S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XC10468 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30004005 by Manufacturer Us-Drives as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Us-Motor Brand GWPUP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Uson such as 487A300F equipment made by Uson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44714001 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular D18110C original spares produced by Vacuum-Barrier

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F433V09V223R016F by Us-Motor and 487A300F spares by Uson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B17CC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Utsih-b17cc.
