Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Undisclosed D-37685 11384 84J-1115 D-37688 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Daikin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Daiichi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Daikin such as the JSOG024CP20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10173774 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSQT293A5331 by Manufacturer Daiichi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Danfoss Brand 175H9084 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daikin such as LSG022CA25EN647 equipment made by Daikin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daikin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daikin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5006PT5B20STR0DLF00A00 made by Danfoss as well as the popular 175Z0825 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C37706022 by Daewoo and LSG022CA25EN647 spares by Daikin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L5000F01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Daihen.
