Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the U-technology UPD2450W-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uticor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Varian product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the X5C20020C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 76K76 manufactured by Uticor and we are pleased to be able to service most Uticor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5010152100 by Manufacturer Varian as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Validyne Brand 8514 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Varian such as 10003039806 equipment made by Varian have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Varian products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Varian" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOP304 made by Metso-Automation as well as the popular 404098REVF original spares produced by Vee-Arc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A13201101 by Van-Dorn and 10003039806 spares by Varian are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VACON00103L00044D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon.
